Wes and I spent some time this week planting. I set up my fairy garden and have plans to plant a small succulent garden too.
We sowed marigold, zinnia, portulaca, and sweet pea seeds, but for instant gratification also put in some marigold and zinnia plants.
We hung the elephant ear bulbs in the cellar over the winter and found they had dried up much more than they did last year. The ones that felt somewhat solid we planted, and also bought two new ones. I’m hoping they all grow.
Adams had beautiful vinca plants and now we do too.
Planting season is one of my favorite times of the year.
