I made Aloo Palak in my Instant Pot last night. Wes had a taste for steak, so I got creative for my dinner with a recipe I found on Facebook.  Lentils, potatoes, spinach, and tomatoes, combined with spices and a jalapeño, made a yummy dinner that smelled heavenly. And, I have leftovers! I may have to battle Wes for them even though he has leftover steak. He said it was tough.

Steam was rising from my dish making the picture a little fuzzy.
