Bonnie and Paul brought Owen, Cole, and Molly for a playdate with Andree and Natasha on Friday. We had planned for lunch and a swim but the weather conspired against us and kept the kids inside. 
After playing with all the available toys, they settled on the couch for a quick picture. 
before lunch. It did stop raining,but Molly needed an afternoon rest, so we scrapped the swim plans.
Meanwhile, Natasha worked on homemade soft pretzels from a recipe that was in Wednesday’s newspaper. 
It had to be a typo in the recipe, because they came out too salty. They were edible, but will be much better next time.
All in all, a good day.
