I love rice pudding.  What I don’t  love is the standing and stirring while it cooks, so when I saw a rice pudding recipe on the Instant Pot Facebook page, I had to make it. The ingredients get dumped in the Instant Pot, stirred, the top gets locked, and I walk away until it beeps. No standing. No stirring. /And…….it’s delicious!
