There’s lots of holiday prep going on around here, as I’m sure there is in your house, so I never considered sewing my November blocks of the month, until Sunday, when I realized we had nothing scheduled. It was too early for Thanksgiving cooking, even though I did make a chocolate mousse pie and stuck in the freezer. 

This quilt project is winding down. The butterfly blocks are part of the borders, along with the picket fence, which is part of the bottom border.  I love the heart in the gate and the two different pickets, like they are replacements.  Looking ahead in the instruction book-there’s no way the December blocks will be constructed  until January.
