Last Saturday was Jessica’s 24th birthday. Raven and Billy planned a special evening for her leaving the family get together for last night. Timothy spent the day with us as his parents were working and he helped make the cakes. This is a 3 layer brownie cake with cookie dough frosting and chocolate chips covering the entire cake. It also is supposed to have Hershey’s chocolate syrup drizzled over it, but we’re letting each person put that on their piece if they want it. We also made a fruit tart with a cookie dough crust, a white chocolate/cream cheese layer, fruit, and then a pineapple glaze. Timothy was a big help and enjoyed the decorating part. He did “sample” the chocolate chips and the fruit too.
Sounds like Timothy was a big help! He did a great job of decorating both the cake and the tart. The tart looks really yummy!
