We’re celebrating Timothy’s 10th birthday tonight. April is baking the cake and I’m making a fruit bowl. With a fruit bowl you need a cookie, right? And, I was itching to try this new recipe I found for Crumb Cake Cookies. In my opinion,there’s nothing better than crumb cake and the more crumbs the better. Then I remembered I’m on Weight Watchers and I also gave up sugar for Lent. The one bite I had was delicious.
