Bonnie gave me a gift certificate to a painting class for Christmas. We would go together, sip a glass of wine and paint. We were both looking forward to it very much. It was supposed to be on Sunday, but since the weather was so treacherous, Bonnie e-mailed them and asked if we could re-schedule. It turned out, the class was cancelled, so we are re-scheduled for February 22. I had my post all planned, with hopefully, pictures of our finished paintings. Since I was home instead, I did a different kind of craft and made two quilt blocks for the two different Blocks of the Month I am participating in. The house/snowman block is for a winter quilt and I’m loving the blocks and the icy colors. The Christmas ball is the first block in a Christmas wall hanging. Once the quilt is put together and quilted, a green bow gets attached to the ornament. So, no painting, but creativity anyway.
All I did was watch football…..

Love your projects! The ornament looks 3D and love the color! Of course I like the quilt with snowmen!
